For UR (General): Not exceeding 35 years
For OBC: Not exceeding 38 years

Level 10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
✅ NCESS Scientist B Eligibility Criteria
(1) Master’s Degree in Earth Science / Geology or relevant discipline with at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree level from a recognized University.
(2) Desirable: Ph.D. with research experience.
✅ NCESS Scientist B Selection Process
The shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test or direct Interview or test followed by interview as decided by NCESS.

✅ How to Apply NCESS Recruitment 2024
Eligible candidates should apply online only through NCESS Official website (ncess.gov.in). The applicant must fill the online application and upload scanned images of photograph, signature and relevant mark sheets (for all semesters) and Provisional/ Degree certificate for academic/professional qualifications, proof of date of birth, experience certificate, caste certificate etc.
