✅ CCI Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Engineer – Production (Code 01): Full-time Engineering Degree in Chemical / Cement Technology / Ceramic / Materials Science / Mineral Process / Process / Industrial Chemistry / Petrochemical Engineering (or M.Sc Chemistry variants / Diploma with additional experience). Min. 02 years relevant experience in cement/manufacturing/process industries.
- Engineer – Mechanical (Code 02): Full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial & Production / Mechatronics / Automobile / Manufacturing / Power Plant / Mining Machinery etc. (or Diploma with additional 3 years experience). Min. 02 years experience in O&M of cement/manufacturing/mining plants.
- Engineer – Mining (Code 03): Full-time Mining Engineering Degree + Mandatory First/Second Class Manager’s Certificate under MMR-1961. Min. 02 years quarry management experience in open-cast mechanized mines.
- Engineer – Electrical (Code 04): Full-time Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation / Power / Control & Automation Engineering Degree (or Diploma with additional experience). Min. 02 years experience in electrical equipment, sub-station, ILMS etc.
- Officer – Material Management (Code 05): Engineering Degree (Mech/Elect/Indl/Prod/Mfg) or PG Degree/Diploma/MBA in Materials/Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations. Min. 02 years experience in procurement, inventory, SAP/ERP.
- Officer – Marketing (Code 06): Engineering Degree + MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales etc.) with 01 year exp. OR Diploma/BBA with 02 years exp. in Sales & Marketing, CRM, Channel Management etc.
- Officer – Legal (Code 07): Full-time Bachelor’s / PG Degree in Law (Bar Council recognized). Min. 02 years experience as Advocate/Legal Consultant or Law Officer.
- Analyst – Finance & Accounts (Code 08): CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Full-time 2-year MBA (Finance). Min. 02 years experience in Finance & Accounts in manufacturing industry/PSU.
- Age Limit (as on 15.09.2026): Upper age 35 years for Engineer/Officer posts and 40 years for Analyst. Age relaxation as per Central Govt. rules for reserved categories.
- Preferred: Experience in Cement Industry will be an added advantage for most posts.
