✅ RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Nursing Superintendent: Certificate as Registered Nurse & Midwife with 3-year General Nursing & Midwifery course or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Dialysis Technician: B.Sc. + Diploma in Haemodialysis or 2 years’ in-house Haemodialysis training / experience.
- Health & Malaria Inspector Gr. II: B.Sc. with Chemistry + 1-year Diploma in Health / Sanitary Inspector or 1-year NTC in Health Sanitary Inspector.
- Audiologist & Speech Therapist: Bachelor in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) + RCI registration.
- Pharmacist (Entry Grade): Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy + Pharmacist registration, or Doctor of Pharmacy + registration.
- Radiographer / X-Ray Technician: 10+2 with Physics & Chemistry + 2-year Diploma in Radiography / X-Ray Technician / Radiodiagnosis Technology.
- ECG Technician: 10+2 / Science Graduation + Certificate / Diploma / Degree in ECG Laboratory Technology / Cardiology.
- Optometrist: B.Sc. in Optometry or 3–4 year Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician + registration.
- Lab Assistant Gr. II: 12th Science + DMLT or 1-year Certificate in Medical Lab Technology. B.Sc. Medical Lab Technology is also eligible.
- Age Limit (as on 01.01.2027): Post-wise between 18 and 40 years as given in the vacancy table.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (NCL) – 3 years, PwBD (UR/EWS) – 10 years, PwBD (OBC) – 13 years, PwBD (SC/ST) – 15 years. Ex-servicemen and Railway staff relaxations as per CEN 05/2026.

Pay Levels range from Level-3 (₹21,700) to Level-7 (₹44,900) as per 7th CPC, plus DA, HRA and other Railway allowances as admissible.

Final Merit: Based on marks obtained in CBT, subject to successful document verification and prescribed medical standard. Additional CBTs may be conducted if considered necessary by RRBs.
Minimum Qualifying Marks in CBT: UR/EWS – 40%, OBC (NCL) / SC – 30%, ST – 25%. PwBD candidates may get a further 2-mark relaxation in case of shortage against reserved vacancies.

Duration: 90 minutes (120 minutes for eligible PwBD/PWD candidates with scribe). Questions will be objective type with 4 options. Negative marking: 1/3 mark for each wrong answer. The paper will be available in English, Hindi and 13 regional languages.

✅ How to Apply for RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2026:
Eligible candidates must apply ONLINE ONLY through the official RRB application portal. Only one application is allowed. Multiple applications to the same or different RRBs will lead to rejection.
➢ Step 1: Visit https://ift.tt/KOaGkvr and create an account (use the same account if already created for earlier RRB CENs).
➢ Step 2: Authenticate identity through DigiLocker or Aadhaar for smoother verification.
➢ Step 3: Fill the online application carefully, choose one RRB and give post / zone preference.
➢ Step 4: Capture the live photograph as per portal instructions (no pre-existing photo upload). Upload signature in JPG/JPEG (30–49 KB).
➢ Step 5: Pay the application fee online. Application is accepted only after successful fee payment.
➢ Step 6: If needed, use the modification window from 17.10.2026 to 26.10.2026 by paying ₹250 per modification. Details filled in “Create an Account” and the chosen RRB cannot be changed.
➢ Step 7: Eligible scribe candidates must enter scribe details between 27.10.2026 and 31.10.2026. The scribe must first register at rrbapply.gov.in.
✅ Important Points:
- Age will be reckoned as on 01.01.2027.
- Candidates with partial options will be considered only for the Railway Zones and posts opted by them.
- In case of a tie in CBT marks, older candidates will be placed higher. If age is also same, alphabetical order of the given name will be used.
- Original certificates must be produced at Document Verification. No extra time will be given.
- SC/ST candidates seeking free train travel pass must upload a valid SC/ST certificate in PDF (less than 400 KB).
