HSE Trainer for Kentz Engineers & Constructors, Qatar

We currently require a HSE Trainer for our Operations in Qatar.

Responsibilities
Prepare, participate, and implement the organizations training plan.
Create training material and conduct SSH&E training
Conducts training needs analysis when applicable in order to identify training need or gaps in employees or trainees, training interventions, training material, or the training curriculum.
Must have the ability to lead and motivate the site teams
Excellent communication skills.
Computer Literate in MS Office.

Education and Skills
Degree in Engineering / Science / HND with internationally approved HSE (NEBOSH), Train the Trainer course attendance certificate
3 years experience in delivering Health, Safety and Environment training, and inductions both preferably in the oil and gas industry or Petrochemical industry
