IT Operations Manager in Luanda, Angola

• • Leading a team of  15 Technical and operational staff in Luanda
  • Engage regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction , understand their needs  , and provide solutions.
  • Working in an 'out of hours' capacity, servicing multinational as well as national clients based in angola.
  • Control manage and order stock as required to serve clients.
  • To communicate directly with the suppliers and managing Director on technical integration requirements/functionalities on all components of the fleet tracking business.
  • To exercise strong operational  and technical design skills to produce Strong technical Execution

• Candidate must have an IT based qualification,with advaced training critical ul integration into the team.
• Major emphasis will be on previous operational leadership and experience working with cutting edge technology and core IT systems knowledge.
• Excellent understanding of GSM /GPRS /IT Systems (atleast 5 Years)
• Knowledge
• Understand logistics company operations 
• Ability to apply business case development and project justification techniques to varying information technology related questions.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of business requirements and the process of translating them into well - engineered and integrated technical solutions
