1) To acquire and nurture relationships across GCC through direct & alliance partner efforts.
2) Would be required to analyse the mandates & search / headhunt the type of candidates the client would welcome on board, in sync with their organization's selection criteria.
3) Be a go getter with a entrepreneurial approach to the business and achieve targets set for self / organization
3) Review of clients current objectives and cross sell the organisations other areas of HR
4) The candidate will work closely with the business head based in Dubai & be responsible for mobilizing the business in GCC.
