1. Overall liaison between overseas marketing offices and production.

2. Monitoring all orders received from international and local clients and assuring their timely delivery.

3. Co-ordination with all relevant depts. for order processing.

4. Monitoring and resolving all customer complaints.

5. Setting and monitoring overall annual targets for respective markets.

6. Conducting overseas market research thereby evaluating and developing the major international clients.

7. Improvement of relationship/rapport with existing clients.

8. Making all necessary arrangements for organizing local and international shows.

9. Interaction with PDD group and develop new products and promotional materials for clients.

10. Providing MIS reports to top management.
