-Able to demonstrate that they will work Safely at All Times and ware correct PPE will be Assessed on Safety & Behavior.
- Able to install lifts in a low rise Building up to (approx) 15 floors and with Triplex Controls, Also install MRL, Phases 01 -09 (see below)
- Can Read and use Electrical Wiring Diagrams
- Able to carrying out all wiring requirements for BX, MX and Hydraulic controls
- Able to put lift on Inspection Control Safely (part of phase 10)
- Make lifts ready for Commissioning (phase 10)
- Must keep all Lifts areas Safe, Clean and Tidy at all Times
- Able to work using their own Initiative and work with Helpers & Fitters
- Must be able & willing to train Helpers and Level 1 Fitters to encourage them to Learn progress to higher levels of achievement.
- Must be willing to learn and Develop new Skills
- Must conform to Schindler Code of Conduct
