Manage overall operations of the outlet in regards to staff management, guest relations, budgets, inventory control etc.
Ensure maximum guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards.
Interact with guests, handle guest complaints & requests.
Report to management.
Should be an IHM graduate with at least 5-6 years of experience in F&B.
Should have worked in good stand alone restaurants or hotels.
Should have good knowledge of F&B concepts.
Should be able to manage his team.
Should be dynamic with ability to take decisions independently

Pastry Chef
- Hands on chef preparing pastries, desserts and other confectionary products on daily basis.
- Introducing new pastries and recipes concepts for enhanced customer delight.
- Update new trends in bakery products and other cuisines.
- Arranging and organising banquet, coffee break menus for conferences.
- Actively involved in menu engineering and analysis on existing menu
- Introducing new concepts of theme breaks & food concepts
- Ensuring adherence to organizational standards of food quality, hygiene, preparation and presentation in the kitchen
- Planning and evolving menus, standardizing recipes and costing
- To use latest trends and concepts in baking to innovate new creation
- Require people at all levels - DCDP, CDP, Sous Chef etc
