A leading construction company into High rise building and Five star hotel projects based at Dubai urgently requires the following.,
Site Engineer
Work Location: Dubai
Job Description:-
1) Ensures that all work is executed technically correct and completed in a timely manner all in accordance with the project execution plans both daily and 2 week look ahead plans.
2) Ensuring that health and safety rules and regulations are communicated to the work force and are fully enforced
3) Responsible to ensure that there is a method statement prepared to the field execution of all works
4) Responsible for the daily allocation of the team allocated to him and must file back in real quantity of work done at close of each day
5) Responsible for the production, quality and performance of the team allocated to him
6) Coordination with labour, Sub contractors and site staff allocated to him
7) Ensuring that all information on drawing is conveyed to the work force in a proper manner and their execution is monitored
8) Reviewing the executed works of the prior day and ensuring the same was executed in accordance with the issued instructions and to the required quality
9) Directing construction in accordance with the agreed clause 2 week program and daily program
10) Responsible for the proper execution of 4 week and 2 week targets and monitoring the same on a daily basis
11) Planning for the work in advance and evaluation material required in advance
12) Completing all necessary Q.A documentation related to the work under his direct control and co-ordinate daily site inspections
13) Arrange daily production reports
14) Any other duties and responsibilities as designated by his line manager
15) Control and sign overtime sheets daily
16) Ensure that company's management system (Quality Safety and Environment Management Systems Etc) are implemented, compiled and maintained across all branch activities and associated project Sites.
Qualification: B.E Civil Engineering
5 to 10 years of experience, out of which last 3 years should be in High rise Buildings, Five Star Hotel Projects
Gulf Experience candidates are preferred.
