* Should be able to handle 1200 employees independently.
* Should have Computer literate.
* Should have good English Communication Skills.
* Age should be between 30 - 40 years.

*Should have knowledge of administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
* Should interpreting and advising on employment law;
*Should deal with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
