Job Description :

• Responsible for documents and communication regards to immigration to processing business visas, work permits and residence permits.
• Prepare and analyze reports, MIS with respect to progress on business visa and work permit applications.
• Prepare and analyse work permit/ visa expiration reports and action steps for renewal of visa/ permits as dictated by foreign immigration law.
• track vendor invoices, contracts.
• Excellent English writting and speaking skill.
