The Haryana Public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for filling up 109 Vacancies of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in the Haryana Civil Service (Judicial Branch) Examination 2017. The last date for submission of online applications is 24th April 2017.

Age Relaxation: Upto 5 years for SC / ST and BC of Haryana only, Un-married women of Haryana State only, Women of Haryana State whose husbands have been ordered y civil/ criminal courts to pay maintenance to them; women whose husbands have remarried; widows; women who are legally separated from their husbands or have been divorced; women living separately from their husbands for more than two years because of desertion; wives of serving disabled military personnel and widows of those who were killed in action. Women living separately from their husbands due to desertion will be required to submit with her application, an affidavit to the effect that she has been deserted by her husband and has been living separately from him for more than two years and this affidavit should be countersigned by two responsible persons such as members of the Legislative Assembly, Local Bodies Panchayats and the Bar Association. Where however, a woman who has re-married she would not be eligible for the above concession in the matter of age.

Essential Qualification:

(1) Candidates holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/ recognized by the Bar Council of India.
(2) The expression "Degree of Bachelor of Laws" means a degree entitling a candidate to be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocate Act, 1961, and the rules made there under.

Selection Process: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Viva-Voce

Application Fee: The online application fees which is payable at all branches of State Bank of India or State Bank of Patiala.

(a) ₹ 1000/- for Male candidates of General category including Dependent Son of Ex-Servicemen of Haryana (AND) Male candidates of General and all reserved categories of other States.
(b) ₹ 250/- for all Female candidates of General category including Female Dependent of ESM of Haryana only (AND) For Male & Female candidates of SC / BC-A&B / EBP(GC) / ESM categories of Haryana only (AND) For Female candidates of General and all reserved categories of other states.
(c) No fee for all Physically Handicapped candidates (with at least 40% disability) categories of Haryana only.

Scientist-B ->

(2) M.Sc. Post Graduate in first division in the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Micro-Biology/ Bio-Chemistry/ Environmental Sciences (with Degree in Science).
(2) Knowledge of Hindi upto Matric Standard.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Deputy Director (Group-'A') ->

(1) At least 2nd Class Master's Degree with 55% marks in Ancient Indian History, culture and Archaeology.
(2) Post Graduate  Diploma in Archaeology from the School of Archaeology, Archaeological Survey of India, New Delhi.
(3) 07 years practical experience of Archaeological Operations including excavation or exploration or conservation or preservation of monuments, sites and remains in some recognized institution or Archaeological Survey of India or State Archaeological Department.
(4) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Martic Standard or Higher Education.

Senior Scientific Officer (Toxicology) ->

(1) M.Sc. (at least 1st division) in Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry/ Toxicology/ Forensic Science (with specialization in Forensic Chemistry/ Toxicology) or its equivalent qualification in any of the above mentioned subjects from a recognized university;
(2) 03 year research/analytical experience in the field of forensic Toxicology and;
(3) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric standard or Higher Education.

Senior Scientific Officer (NDPS) ->

(1) M.Sc. (at least 1st Division) in Chemistry/ Forensic Science with specialization in Forensic Chemistry or equivalent qualification in any one of the above subjects;
(2) Three year research/ analytical experience in relevant subject;
(3) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric standard or Higher Education.

Senior Scientific Officer (Biology) ->

(1) M.Sc. (at least 2nd Class) in Zoology/ Botany/ Physical Anthropology/ Human Biology/ Bio-Chemistry/ Forensic Science with specialization in Forensic Biology or equivalent qualification in any of the above subjects.
