Educational Qualification and Experience:

Statistical Officer ->

(1) Post-graduate degree in Mathematics or Mathematical Statistics or Commerce or Economics or Statistics with at least 55% marks from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto. (OR) Two years Post-graduate diploma in Statistics from an institute recognized by the Government.
(2) knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri Script.

Registrar ->

(1) Graduate degree or Its equivalent qualification and good knowledge of Hindi and English.
(2) At least 15 years experience in administrative and Supervisory level in any University, Government Office or Institute of Higher Education or at least 15 years teaching experience in Degree College or a University.

Lecturer under U.P. Special subordinate educational service ->

(1) A Post Graduate Degree in the respective subject of a University established by law in India or a Degree recognized by the Govt. as equivalent there to.
(2) Served in the territorial army for a minimum period of two years Or Obtained "B" Certificate of National Cadet Corps.

Lecturers in Government Degree Colleges of U.P. ->

(1) At least 55% marks, (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University.
(2) Must have cleared NET by U.G.C./ C.S.I.R. in the relevant subject or SLET of Uttar Pradesh in the relevant subject or SET in the relevant subject accredited by U.G.C.
(3) The candidates who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or the subsequent Regulations if notified by the UGC, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.

Scientific Officer (General Selection) ->

(1) Post Graduate (M.Sc./M.Tech) in concerned discipline.
(2) At least three years research / Practical experience

How to Apply: Eligible Interested Candidates are required to submit Online Application Form through UPPSC Online Portal on or before 18/04/2017.

The Candidates after submitting their applications through Online shall send photocopies of their all academic/ required documents regarding their claims along with print out of Online application form within 21 days from the last date of submitting the applications (date 09/05/2017 from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm) on the working day through registered/Speed Post or Personally in the office of the Commission.

(2) Possess diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc. Degree in Nursing registrable with the U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council.
(3) Possess registration certificate as Nurse and Midwife from the Uttar Pradesh.
(4) Nurses and Midwives Council.

Staff Nurse (Male) ->

(1) A Candidates must have passed High School Examination with Science and passed Intermediate Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an Examination recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto.
(2) Possess diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc Degree in Nursing registrable with the U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council.
(3) Possess diploma in Psychiatry registrable with the U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council.
(4) Possess registration certificate from U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and Psychiatry.

Selection Procedure: The merit list of the candidates shall be prepared in the following manner:-

(a) Written Examination shall carry 85 marks.
(b) Marks to a person who is working as Staff Nurse on contract basis in the Medical and Health Services  Department, Uttar Pradesh shall be awarded in the following manner  subject to the maximum of 15 marks:- (i) For the First completed year of service on contract basis - 03 marks, (ii) For the next and every completed year of service on contract basis - 03 marks for each year. In this regard the certificate issued by the Appointing Authority only shall be treated Valid.

Application Fee: In the Online Application process after completing the procedure of first stage, category wise prescribed fee is to be deposited as per instructions provided in second stage. The Last Date for the Receipt of Application fee in the bank is 9th February 2017 (Last date for fee deposition is 16/03/2017).
