IFFCO Recruitment 2017 Apply Online

Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO), New Delhi requires Agriculture Graduate Trainees (AGTs), Accounts Personnel and Graduate Engineer Apprentice (GEA). Eligible Interested candidates are required to Apply Online on or before 21st April 2017.

Agriculture Graduate Trainees (AGTs) for its Field Offices located in the States of Punjab,Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh Tamil Nadu & Kerala	Stipend and other benefits will be paid as per rules of the Organisation during the training period. Presently, the stipend is about ₹ 31860/- p.m. On successful completion of one year’s training and subject to requirement of IFFCO, the AGTs may be absorbed at the basic pay of ₹ 15450/- p.m. in the regular Pay Scale of ₹ 15000-26250, and allowances/ benefits as per rules of the Organisation.
Accounts Personnel for its Marketing Field Offices & Plants located in various States/ Area/ Establishment(s) of IFFCO across India	Selected candidates may be offered the post of Accounts Assistant/Accountant in the pay scale of ₹ 14,500-25,500 / ₹ 16,000-28,000 respectively. In addition, they will be entitled to other allowances/benefits as per the rules of the organisation. The CTC will be approximately ₹ 5-6 Lakhs P.A.  (Revision of the Pay Scale is due w.e.f 1.1.2017)
Graduate Engineer Apprenticeship under The Apprentices Act, 1961	During Apprenticeship training, you will be paid consolidated stipend of ₹ 15000/- per month apart from other benefits as applicable to Apprentices of your category. It must be clearly understood that this is engagement is purely for Apprenticeship training for one year under the Apprentices Act, 1961. After completion of one year training, the apprentices will be released by IFFCO.

Age Limit: 30 Years (for all above posts) as on 1st April, 2017. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates not belonging to creamy layer.

Educational Qualifications:

Agriculture Graduate Trainees (AGTs) ->

(1) 04 Years Graduate Degree (B.Sc. in Agriculture) Full Time Regular Degree but those candidates whose final semester results are expected by June, 2017 can also apply.
(2) The above qualifications should be from the UGC recognized University/ Institute.
(3) General/ OBC candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in each semester in his B.Sc (Agriculture) degree.
(4) SC/ST candidate should have a minimum of 55% marks in each semester of his B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree.
(5) The candidates who have passed B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in 2014 and thereafter can only apply.

Accounts Personnel ->

(1) CA (Inter)/ICMA (Inter) after B.Com
(2) Qualified CA/ICMA candidates need not apply.
(3) Management has discretion to shortlist the applications for online test.
(4) Minimum 2 years in Finance and Accounts with a large/reputed Organisation excluding Articleship period.

Graduate Engineer Apprenticeship ->

(1) Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from recognized University / Institute in the disciplines of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Electronics.
(2) Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from recognized University / Institute in the disciplines of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Electronics.

Selection Process: Preliminary Computer Based Online Test, Final Online Test and Personal Interview
