Eligibility:

GM - Finance ->

(1) IDA Scale - Working in the same Scale, (OR)
(2) CDA Grade - Senior Administrative Grade officer of Accounts Service, or SG officer of Accounts Service with 18 years Group 'A' Service.

GM-HR ->

(1) IDA Scale - working in the same Scale. (OR)
(2) CDA Grade - Senior Administrative Grade officer of Personnel Service, or SG officer of Personnel Service with 18 years Group 'A' Service.

Additional GM - HR ->

(1) IDA Scale - working in the same Scale (OR)
(2) CDA Grade - Working in SG.
