Educational Qualifications:

Professor -> An eminent jurist/scholar with published work of high quality, actively engaged in research, with 10 years of experience in  postgraduate teaching, and/or experience in research at the Judicial Academy/ National Level Institution/ university, including experience of guiding research at doctoral level OR An Outstanding jurist/scholar with established reputation who has made significant contribution to knowledge (period spent for obtaining the research degrees shall not be counted for experience purpose) OR A Judicial Officer in the cadre of District Judge having put in Judicial Service, Experience in a training Academy shall be a desirable qualification.

Associate Professor -> Doctorate with good academic record and at least three years of experience with good research/teaching   record or development work, as evinced by research publications in journal of repute and/or developmental project report. Or A Judicial Officer in the rank of additional district judge with LLM and with 5 years' experience as judicial officer.

Research Fellow -> LLM with 5 years' experience in teaching, and/or experience in research at the Judicial Academy/ National Level Institution/ University OR A Judicial Officer having completed 5 years of service as Judicial Officer.

Manager -> Bachelor Degree in Public Relation or Law Graduate with 2 years experience in Documentation and Publication work. Desirable - Good Communication skills in English language and basic knowledge of computer application.

Educational Qualifications:

Professor -> Doctorate in law and 10 years of teaching experience at the reputed national level institution/ university; (OR) Doctorate in law and 10 years of teaching/ research experience at the state/ national level judicial education institutions or state/ national level training institutions; (OR) A Judicial Officer in the cadre of District Judge having put minimum  10 years of service as the district judge. Experience in the training Academy shall be a desirable qualification.

Assistant Professor -> Doctorate in law and 5 years of teaching /research experience at reputed national level institution/university; (OR) A Judicial Officer having LL.M degree in the cadre of additional district judge having put minimum 5 years of service as the judicial officer.

Research Fellow -> LL.B and LLM with 5 years of work experience (OR) A Judicial Officer having completed 5 years of service as judicial officer.

Law Associate -> Five year LL.B course degree from reputed national level institution /university.

Financial Advisor -> A member of Indian Audit and Accounts Service who
has rendered at least 5 years of service as a member of Indian Audit and Accounts Service. At least 3 years experience of handling finance and
accounts matters in the Ministry/ Department of Central Government or its subordinate offices.

Administrative Officer -> Section officer of A grade with 8 years of service in any government department or Under Secretary in any government department.

Stenographer -> Graduate Degree with command over English /Hindi Shorthand and good computer typing speed with minimum 5 years of service as junior stenographer in any national /state level government institution /university.

Library Assistant -> Certificate Course in the Library Science from reputed Government Recognized Institute and 3 years of work experience in the Law Library of a nationally reputed government institution /university.

Legal material Archivist -> LL.B degree with 3 years of work experience in handling documentation of Legal Archives in a reputed government Institute.

Assistant Manager Field Programme -> Graduate Degree with proficiency in oral and written English and experience of at least 3 years in event management in any reputed national level/ state level government institution.

Assistant Event Manager -> Diploma in Event Management and 2 years experience in managing events in state level/ national level institution (OR) Graduate with 3 years experience in managing events in state level/ national level institution.

Assistant Accountant -> Graduate Degree in Commerce/ Accountancy with 5 years experience in e-governance and accounts system of national/ state level university/ institution.

Junior DEO cum Office Assistant -> Graduate Degree with PGDCA or equivalent.
