Should have Degree/Diploma in Cooking.

Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cooking Indian Recipes.

Candidate must be from Kerala.

Should have experience Cooking, preparing, cooking and serving meals in large quantities in a 5 star Hotel.

Good communication skills.

Cook and prepare tasty Indian foods and in serve meals attractively.

On an intermittent basis, identify spices for food preparation; interpret instructions and menus given by supervisor; know and understand how to clean and use kitchen equipment; problem solve operational problems; remember cooking instructions; and explain work procedures supervisor

Judge the quantities of food required and prepare it with a minimum of waste.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
